    because to get stress is a gradual process influenced by external elements that could affects to the individual according to its resilience capacities, but if the environmental pressures are higher than the resilience capacities, the individual could develop a series of adaptive reactions that involves into physiological activation, that stress reaction unpleasant emotional reactions like the anxiety, anger and depression.
