Dr. Licolin should conduct the vote in such a way that he "ask the students to write down their preference on a secret ballet, then tally the votes".

When all votes in favor of the avoided competitor are redistributed to outstanding hopefuls, record these extra votes in the exchanged vote section of the Tally sheet. Presently add these two segments to land at the second tally add up to.

In the event that there still isn't a flat out greater part for any competitor, rehash this exclusion process.
