    The cognitive perspective was most influenced by Jean Piaget - d.

    This surely is the right answer because all of the others here are either humanistic psychologsts (Maslow, Rogers) or biologists (Darwin). Piaget, however, was a psychologist who developed a theory of cognitive development in children.
