    According to the seqence, the correct form is shown above. A child at age 2 months can hardly talk but rather makes sounds known as cooing. With time, as the child grows, his or her sound becomes audible eventhough the are indecipherable.

    At 12 months, the child is able to say words that could be heard and understood. Something like water, good, hungry could be muttered by the child and the mother would understand it accurately. Lastly, at 18 months, he or she could be able to make telegraphic speech.
