You have just become a powerful, forceful, yet benevolent union leader. Assuming you have the clout to do so, do you want to raise wages to the highest level you possibly can? As the representative of many workers, and particularly concerned with their best interest, what might be your goal in this regard? Explain.

I wouldn't want to raise wages to the highest level because that can affect the economy negatively since a balance must be obtained.

I will ensure that I follow a balanced and evidence based approach in making decisions.

Making sure that the wages are assigned appropriately per individual person may be a very challenging task if the wages are too low it affects workers and their families negatively however if they are too high still there will be some economical effect.

A balanced and evidence based approach will properly evaluate the needs of the workers and their families whilst also considering economic factors, a balance then need to be established that the minimum reasonable wages are set to the national standards for every worker whilst ensuring that sustainability is maintained between both employees and businesses.

I will just follow a proper plan that ensures that everyone is paid accordingly and that the minimum wages are constantly monitored and adjusted accordingly year to year considering the cost of living changes year to year.
