The correct answer would be, Broca. If Bill's difficulty speaking is due to his brain damage then the most likely location of the damage will be Broca.

    Explanation:

A human body has a complex structure. All actions are generated through brain. A Human Brain control all functions of the human body. Movement, Speech, Touch, taste, everything is controlled by different parts of the human brain. If a person is having trouble in speaking, it is most likely that the his Broca's area of the brain has damaged which is causing him difficulty in uttering words or sentences properly.

Broca is located in the lower portion of the left frontal lobe and is found in the forebrain division of the brain. Broca is responsible for controlling the motor functions which involve speech production and and language comprehension.

So Bill's Broca's area is damaged most probably.
