Why do dreams, fantasies, and slips of the tongue offer important data, in the view of psychoanalytic psychologists?

    Dreams and fantasies tell the psychologist what the yearn for or want and what the person thinks would make them feel whole. Slips of the tongue tell what their hiding like they could be talking about someone and give a lot of details about how the person acts and looks if they are beautiful or evil
