State one problem that may arise when newly registered voters are not educated about the process of voting in an election

There are several problems when voters are not educated about the electoral process. If they are unaware of how to go about the process, they can for sure make blunders.

For example they can choose the wrong candidate due to being unaware.

They might end up going to the wrong polling station.

The uneducated voters might tick the wrong box or tick multiple, or in between boxes which will automatically waste their vote.

Therefore, voters need to be educated about the voting process thoroughly to reduce errors.
