    Explanation:

    Moral ethics are Cultural related, something that is seen as moral or ethical in one part of the world may not be the same thing in another part of the world.

    Morals are usually established culturally based on what a certain group of people believe is ethical for example in most African cultures a moral behaviour is not to look at an old person when they speak as a sign of respect whereas in other cultures if one doesn't look at the person as they speak that may be regarded as a sign of disrespect.

    So what one culture considers a moral behaviour it may be something else in another culture.

    I think we face an issue of variation in moral standards from country to country, from nation to nation and from future to culture.
