    One of the most common fallacies during professional interview is when the job hunter is thinking that the company need them more than they need the company.

    Regardless of the background that you have, you cannot deny the fact that average job seekers should compete with hundreds of applicants for one same spot in the organization. So, when they perceive you as someone that does not fit the criteria, they can simply find another candidate.
