    Communication is simply to send a message from a person to another. When a person receives a message from another person, communication takes place. There are five steps involved in the communication process. These are

    1: Sender's Idea

    2: Sender encodes his idea into message

    3: Sender sends the message through a channel

    4: Receiver decodes the message which is received from the sender

    5: Feedback given which travel back to the sender of the message

    Now in this question, Pramod sends message to Max. In response, Max also send a message to the Pramod, and then again in response, Pramod sends feedback to Max. So all this conversation is basically the feedback of a question asked in it.
