    Women in the past decades had always been considered as home makers Inna sense that they were expected to physically look after families and that was the only role associated with women however in recent years as we getting into a stage where we establish ways in which everyone can get to be treated the same; women have been granted opportunities to attain diffrent levels of education and get into the labor force.

    Nowadays a woman can have a career and a family or can only choose to have a career without having a family so women are now moving more into the paid labor force.
