Construction crews are constantly annoyed at the way people, mostly teenage boys, steal orange cones and flashing pylons that mark construction zones. according to jack katz, why does this sort of deviance happen?

    The answer is This sort of deviance produces a rush of energy and excitement.

    Rules and regulation pur a certain degree of resistance in people's freedom in order to prevent chaos.

    As a human, we tend to feel some sort of adrenaline rush whever we do something that break whatever restrict us, which could lead to the type of deviance dipslayed above
