    Following the 9/11 attack of terriorst organization on the United States the government of United States took action with a view to forestal the re-occurrence of such ugly incidence. one of the measures put in place by the government was the submission of a bill to the congress for an Act to enable the Director of National intelligence (DNI) and the Attorney General (AG) have power to get intelligence information which has to do with a person suspected of being linked to a terrorist group. The Act when it was passed gave the two government officials powers to wiretap, without a warrant, anyone suspected of being linked to a terrorist group.
