The university's administration has increased class size without receiving input from the faculty or considering that some courses need to have low enrollments. In view of this, what is the most probable reaction the professors will take to this latest administrative decision?

    The faculty will feel they have lost ownership of their classes and are just "employees."

    Explanation:

    When University increases class size. Faculty are not involved in it or they don't decide on faculty. It is the matter of just increase the seats for business purposes. This is not fair for faculty because if faculty are not ready and if there is no improvement then its not a better idea for it.

    This behavior of University indicates that the university does not take care of the faculty's decision. They are just an employee of this university. They don't have their own. They can not decide. That is the most important.
