What factors predispose some people to become and remain obese?

They eat junk food when they go out. They buy junk food and it constantly. They don't work out. They are tempted by junk food to much. Sometimes they think it would look cool, sometimes they want to get out of their job, and even sometimes they do it for a role in a movie.
