    Because most ladies who could fill in as guides or mentors are so dedicated to family obligations that they don't have sufficient time to mentor other ladies.

    Mentor-ship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more learned individual aides a less experienced or less proficient individual. The guide might be older or more youthful than the individual being tutored, yet he or she should have a specific field of mastery.
