Explanation:Above group of schools employed new teachers to be trained by the teachers who have had at least 5 years working experience in the the school.
Mrs Comfort an experienced teacher was assigned to train Sandra one of the new employees. In the process of training, Mrs Comfort was telling Sandra what teaching entails instead of showing her how it is done.
Above school has modern learning euipments, Mrs Comfort expects Sandra to know how to use these equipments because she believes technology is available to everyone.
At the end of the training, Sandra could not perform well at her job because Mrs Comfort assumed Sandra should know a lot already.
Curse of knowledge is a cognitive bias that occurs when an individual communicating with other individuals unknowingly assumes that others have the background to understand as shown in the case of Mrs Comfort and Sandra.
