    Reflexes are compulsory and self regulating, an action that your body does in response to something without you even having to think about it. We cannot decide to kick our legs, it just kicks. There are many types of reflex actions and every healthy person has it. We can say that we all are born with these reflex actions. Reflexes protect your body from the harm it.

    For example, if you put your hand on the hot stove, a reflex causes you immediately remove your hand before reflexes that are hay this is hot put your hand away from it.

    Other protective actions are eyes blinking when something flies towards your eyes or raising your arm if the ball is thrown at your way. Even coughing and sneezing are reflex actions. They clear the airways from irritation.
