It is likely that Jasmine is suffering being a teenager, but I'm sure that's not the answer you are looking for.

While most teenage girls do feel like this when they see themselves in the mirror, in an extreme case, Jasmine may be suffering from anorexia, if she is very thin and still thinks she is fat, or stops eating.
