A contract agreement is a setup between two or more people over a mutually agreed aim or objective. This could be a contract agreement to sell a piece of Land owed by Mr a to Mr B despite the fact that Mr A later renegades on the agreement later. The contract will still be binding.

In the case of Larry hiring Craig as his laywer, since there was a contract agreement between the two individuals willing entered into, the contract would definitely be eforced whether Craig wins the case or not in the law court.
