Latin Romanian and french are all examples of languages from what family

    On a very big scale, they're all Indo-European languages, together with English, German and Greek.

    But they all belong to a sub-group of the Indo-European: the Italic Languages

    so the best answer is: Italic sub-family withing the Indo-European languages.
