    A civic responsibility is something that you are not required to do by the law or be put into jail if you don't do it, unless you break a law. (referring to B)

    As a citizen of a country though, you should give back to your community and country. Voting in elections, serving on a jury, and obeying the laws are things that U. S. citizens are supposed to do and gives us a chance to participate in our country's decisions.

    The answer is A. You don't have to own property to be a good citizen. I'm very sure on this as I just recently turned 18 last year and had to learn about my responsibilities since I'm not a minor.
