    Kurds

    Explanation:

Aproximately 30 million people in the middle east are Kurds, they don't have an official country or homeland. After the collapse of the Ottoman Empire in the first World War they strech over four countries and its borders namely: (Turkey, Iraq, Syria and its neighbour Iran) The area is a huge mountanious region. Kurdish peoples have sought authonomy, unsucessfully. Even worse some attempts have been carried in order to eliminate them, perhaps the most common : the kurdish genocide by Ali Hassan al-Majid against Kurdistan in northern Iraq during the late 1980's.
