    Answer: Thermoregulation and to ensure an increased Demand for energy in the form of ATP through cellular respiration.

    Explanation: Thermoregulation is a processes through which the body of wen blooded animals such as Human trys to maintain a constant internal environment, the sweating and other body cooling mechanisms take place in order to ensure that excess heat is dissipated to the environment and allow for fresh air in the form of Oxygen to penetrate the body through cellular respiration.

    Due to the stress involved in vigorous exercise, the body spends more of it's energy, and the need for more energy in the form of ATP will be needed to sustain the vigorous exercise by replacement of the energy lost.
