    Presence of high mountain range, cold climate, difficult transportation system, poor market condition are some of the physico social geographical factors that control the diet of Tibetan and Nepalese people.

    Explanation:

    The highest mountain peak of Nepal is Mount Everest which is highest peak of world also. The height of this peak is 8843 meter. The top of the peak is fully snow covered. And the climate of both Tibet and Nepal is very cold through out the year which is not favorable for the persons living there.

    Tibetan take barley, flour, high protein food, tea and noodles as their basic diet and Nepalese are dependent on veg cuisine. Momo is one of the famous food of Nepalese.
