Schools can search student lockers without permission if they can prove they are trying to prevent a crime. Do you think this is fair? Why or why not?

    I think this is fair because you are on the schools property.

    secondly if they are in fear that there might be a crime that is happening it is a lot safer if they check it to be sure. there could be a number of things there that can hurt people.

    Its fair in my opinion because they would need to be able to find evidence against the students if they are doing or about to do criminal activities that could be potentially dangerous. but if you need the other opinion then it would be unfair because their stuff should be private and not accessible by anybody who doesn't own the locker
