What aspect of criminal justice do democracies and dictatorships have in common?

    That all criminals or offenders are punishable based on the type of laws and regulations that are set forth by these two kinds of criminal justices. That no crime or wrongdoing should be taken under considerable favors. All offenders are subject to be evaluated and then sentenced with the right consequences for their actions.
