    September 15

    Explanation:

Accrual basis of accounting recognizez transactions as they are incurred and not when cash us paid. In this case, Clearmore services provided the services in September 15 thereby incurring a new transaction on this date, and based on Clearmore's accrual basis of accounting would have this recorded in the books as sales to the customer. However Clearmore services do not record cash receipt until September 22 when the customer pays for the services.
