    Explanation:

    Prohibited powers are the powers that are denied to either national government or the state government or sometimes to both the government.

    This powers are also known as Restricted powers.

    The powers that are given to the National government by the Constitution of United States are called as the Inherent Powers. While the powers of the state government as provided by the United States Constitution is called as the Reserved Powers.
