What reasons could explain why central European and Scandinavian restaurants are not more widespread, even though immigration from these countries has been as large historically as that from Italy, China and Mexico?

    It is very obvious to have a Chinese restaurant in our neighborhood as it will be serving if not all some of the most famous Chinese cuisines, same for the Italian restaurants who are themselves have a reputation for serving the fast food i. e "Pizza", along with the other famous cuisines. But, most of us have not seen any Norwegian or Croatian restaurants who are serving there famous cuisines like the Chinese or Italian.

    Explanation:

    So, the answer lies in the fact that there are many famous products like watches, chocolates and cheese for which these regions are well known and yes there are some one of the most finest cuisines but due to having the conservative and close circle of food outlets the rest of the world know less of there food.
