Explanation:

In layman's terms, grief is the period of misery or sorrow for the loss of something one loves. There is no set time for the acute pain one experiences during grief but it heals with the acceptance of loss and adjustment to reality. But it is not the universal phenomenon, sometimes people stuck with grief and the condition is called unresolved grief. It becomes too difficult for some people to accept the reality and they tend to holds back to the things they loved. Unresolved grief creates many problems and even daily routine of an individual hampered.
