A town needs more land to build a new elementary school. A woman's property is needed but she wants to keep it. The town forces her to sell and gives her twice the property's actual value. She sues to get her land back.

Is this a violation of her amendment, or not. List the supporting amendment.

    The answer is "NO, it is not a violation of her amendment and 5th amendment is the supporting amendment."

    The Fifth (Amendment V) to the United States Constitution is a piece of the Bill of Rights and, in addition to other things, shields people from being constrained to be witnesses against themselves in cases related to crimes.
