    The answer is A. concurring opinion supports a Supreme Court ruling, while a dissenting opinion opposes it

    In concurring opinion, the judges will support the the decision by the court but with different basis/reasonns for its support.

    In dissenting opinion on the hand, the judges are disagree with the decision by the court, but it wouldn't affect the previous outcome.
