    This curve or thesis tell very much about races of individuals that make up the United States because as a biological factor here, race is the primary reason or determinant in this thesis which affects poverty, it levels and approach and dealings by the said race.

    Poverty in a case like this perfectly is explained as a persistent problem in nearly every human society. In the United States, it is usually thought of as a condition of deprivation due to economic circumstances that is so severe as to prevent the individual from living with dignity. Despite decades of effort and billions of dollars, poverty continues unabated.
