if you happen to go to Poland, you would like to visit historical places like Warsaw Ghetto, Auschwitz, Treblinka and Majanick. All these places are concentration camps where Jews were tortured by Germans. All these places remind us of genocide or Holocaust.

There is a tendency to think Polish people are deppressed. They compare themselves with richer countries, such as the US, Norway, Denmark, etc., and realized the work more hours for less salary. The poorly state of roads, infrastructure and services make them sad as well. We can find its roots in communism with its rivality with capitalism. Their lack of happiness leads to a vicious cycle in which being cheerful is not well seen for the comunity, so this is why everyone behaves in the same way.
