    Teotihuacán is the name which was named by the Nahuatl-speaking Aztec hundreds of years after the fall of the city. In spite of the fact that the actual name of the city is obscure, it can be found in symbolic representation engravings. Nahuatl creation myths occurred in the city. The Nauhatl name, Teotihuacán, hence means 'origin of the divine beings.
