I believe the answer is: Dopamine

Dopamine is a substance that functioned as a neurotransmitter that could give signals to other cells, including between our pleasure center and the rest of the body. An increase in Dopamine would make our body experience a surge of excitement/pleasures which is very addictive which cause us to keep repeating the same behavior that produce the dopamine.

CNS stands for Central nervous system (CNS) stimulation. After the nursing instructor has described the effects of CNS stimulants and their potential for addiction due to their euphoric sensations, the instructor determined that the discussion was successful when the students identify dopamine is being involved with this pleasurable feeling.
