A behavior analyst may be concerned about a possible ethical violation by a colleague. When an informal resolution appears appropriate and intervening does not violate any confidentiality rights, the behavior analyst may approach the person as a trusted colleague, neutrally ask about the situation, discuss the relevant guidelines, and achieve an acceptable resolution.     Explanation:

    When a resolution is legal and doesn't not violate the rule of conduct a behavioral analyst can go ahead and intervene but when its violate the code of conduct it is unacceptable.

    If the resolution is Illegal i. e it is not authorized and allowed then it becomes a violation to the code

    When the resolution also seem abusive to the clients and its threatening such resolutions are not allowed to be made because it violate the code already.
