When faced with an ethical conflict, a manager should always?

    The manager should think about his or her own ethics; the company's ethics; and the interest of employees, stockholders, and customers.

    During such conflicts, Manager will be forced to make a decision that may not be like by some of those people that trusted him/her, but he/she still needs to make the hard choice that would give the best chance for the continuation of the company
