Concentric rings of different agricultural activities surrounding a city in the midwestern United States

    Explanation:

According to Bid-Rent theory, the price of real estates tend to be influenced by how far they're located to the business center. The closer they are to the business center, the higher the price of that real estate.

In real estate, Concentric rings refers to a circular area with same center.

In united states, Lands that is used for agricultural land form a concentric rings just outside the city. This happen because city tend to become a business center that increase the price for such agricultural lands. So farmers move outside of the city in order to purchase cheaper land for their operation.
