    These type of individuals tend to constantly compared themselves to other people which they deemed as 'Ideal' and use the positive attributes that they don't possess as a foundation to Criticize their own life.

    These type of attitude is very common during our adolescence period.

    For example, a student who is not satisfied with her love life might constantly compare herself to 'Popular' girls who she perceived as successful in their love life.

    That student will see the attributes that these popular girls have, (such as thin body, well put make up, fashionable clothing) and compared it to her own. Rather than loving herself and form her own unique identity, She will blame the fact that she is unable to obtain those things as a reason for her 'failure'.
