While behaviorism has its roots in certain 19th century ideas, it mostly developed during the 20th century, and thus cannot be one of "the first two major schools" of psychological thought. All the other options are true of the early history of psychology: it has its foundations in philosophy and physiology; the first lab was founded by W. Wundt in 1879; psychoanalisis was one of the many approaches that emerged in the early years of psychology (it began with Sigmund Freud in the early 1890's, before the advent of behaviorism).
