I think it is because it presents many skills, intelligence, and creativity when it comes to knowing the modern world, adapting to it, innovating new technologies and research.

    Explanation:

The Irish and the Germans are people who, when going out into the outside world, constantly seek a new heading, or challenge research and intelligence with very good quality products or discoveries that were taboo for many other types of people.

They are also very friendly, social, simple and without problems to be able to interact outside their borders.

Many of the Germans or Irish are admired or idolized for the degree of IQ they have when it comes to learning.
