What are the dangers of clay pigeon shooting

The gun can backfire, and if not held correctly the recoil from the gun can hit you in the shoulder

That is basdically using a rifle to hit a clay plate you throw in the air

you could shoot somebody

recoild could give you bruses since shotgun is powerful

the clay pigeion could shater and the shrapnels could injure somebody including yourself (they are made out of clay)

the sound of the gun could damage your ears if you aren't wearing proper protection
