How would states be represented in Congress under the New Jersey Plan?

Each state would have one vote regardless of their size. This plan was presented because it oppose the Virginia Plan where the smaller states would not be well-represented. It also had features from the Article of Confederation where the states were independent bodies and will continue to be so.
