If a law enforcement officer has a search warrant authorizing him to search for a desktop computer located in the office of the suspect 's house, where can he look during the search procedure for this evidence?

    Answer: The office of the suspect located in the suspect's house

    Explanation: The search warrant only authorizes the law enforcement officer to search the office of the suspect which is in his house, if the warrant says other wise other than his office, such officer will have the right to search other areas that might be stated. So far what was stated was to search the office of the suspect's house, he only has the right to search the office and there should possibly be were such desktop should be found.
