There are four families living in a neighbourhood. The average per capita income of these families is '6000 / - If the income of three families is '4000/-, '7000 / - and '5000 / - respectively, what is the income of the fourth family

    Explanation:

    Total income of 4 families is 6000 x4 = Rs24,000

    Total income of 3 families

    4000 + 7000 + 5000 = 16,000

    4th family income = 24000 - 16000 = Rs8000
