Owing to globalization and rapid technological change over the past few decades, the major contemporary issues

in management lies in the need for efficient managers. More and more organizations today face a dynamic and

changing environment. This, in turn, makes these organizations either to change or perish. There are five (5)

specific forces that are acting as stimulants for change, state and explain them with relevant examples.

    Explanation:

    As stated in the question above, there are several changes that directly influence the success and failure of organizations. The world, society and even the economy are transforming forces in constant evolution and it is necessary that organizations have an efficient management to follow these changes.

    Among the main driving forces for change within organizations, we can mention people management, process automation, the adoption of even more technological solutions and monitoring of economic results. If the management of an organization does not know how to act under the influence of these forces, the business is bound to fail, so it is necessary to study them in depth and establish ways and processes to adapt to the needs that each of them imposes within the organization.
