Jonah has committed the fundamental attribution error which means that he unduly and wrongly thought that the reason for Julio’s lateness was an internal factor in this case character (other internal factor is intention) instead of some external factor which actually was the correct reason. If Jonah was the one who was late he wouldn’t, and correctly so, say it was because he was inconsiderate and selfish.
